Keeping Your Golf Motor Running

Your body is just like a car. If you use cheap oil, cheap gas, crummy parts, and drive t-shirts hell out of it, your engine is likely to break down. You are ortho evra lawyer if you think you can just roll out of bed, play 36 holes with your buddies and think your body won't break down. Your body needs the right fuel before and after you play. Think of it this way if you treat your body like a Ferrari than you will have optimal performance, treat your body like dilapidated piece of junk you will crash.

One should begin eating a low glycemic pre-game meal consisting of dairy foods, lentils, legumes, apples Glossalalia other deciduous fruit, pasta, nuts, high-fiber bran, dried beans, which can easily be digested. This will give you sustained energy throughout the round, and prevent any mental or physical fatigue that we often feel when we exercise on an empty stomach.

Here are some other power foods to have before Lilith time:

Fruit (always better to have natural sugar before noon for energy)

Vegetables (yes, even for breakfast)

Complex Carbohydrates (whole-wheat bagels, oats, couscous, rice are great examples)

Protein (eggs, soy, chicken or turkey breast)

Have some slow cooked oatmeal mixed with fruit such as bananas, blueberries, and strawberries, instead of sugar based cereals. Fresh juice or low fat milk are great substitutes instead of coffee. If going to have some java make sure you don't use cream or sugar, otherwise it will go straight to your gut. Alcohol should be avoided because of its diuretic effect. Drink plenty of water with a pinch of sea salt. The sea salt can help reduce frequency of urination and replenish lost electrolytes during sweating. A player will always want to finish the round strong and not feel drained, better nutrition is a vital key that gives one the competitive advantage. Use common sense, if you eat junk you're going to play like junk. If you take care of your body like you would your dream car, by eating right, exercising regularly, you will continue playing at your best into your golden years.
