California Structural Pest Control Board Disbanding - Is it Overdue?

The following are non-attentive employee actions of the Structural Pest Control Board State of California That contribute Nanny and the Professor needed departmental closer. Listed are evident State employed worthy of not returning written requests, not referring consumer or Licensee written requests to other department officials capable or qualified to answer written requests for applicable departmental policies, rules and/or procedures. How did these persons obtain jobs with the State of California Structural Pest Control Board Consumer Affairs? It certainly was not due to their ability to work with consumers and business licensees in the field of professional methods, procedures, administrative rules nor regulations.

All certainly have a clear capacity of selective hearing, thinking and communication. It's no wonder; Consumer complaints are continually not satisfied with the states all to lengthy and ignorant complaint handling procedures conducted by this unqualified agency. In most cases the only satisfied consumer complaints are done by General Board in-house secretaries, of who by the way, are the only ones that really seem to know what's going on. The over paid, under qualified SPCB non-responsive recipients to written requests submitted are as follows:

(6) Bev Augustine, Deputy Director Consumer & Community Relations Division Dept. Of Consumer Affairs
(7) Earl R. Plowman Deputy Attorney General "Directed by Charles L.0Alsky "Unqualified Specialist"
(8) Reply still pending from All official Board members of the Board.

(9) Of all these listed California State employees none are qualified to answer most written questions submitted. Although the subject matter of questions submitted might all be within their career field, they are not qualified, nor do they have the authority to comment or make opinion on anything. Even worse, they will not even refer a state licensed business to a person or agency that can or even might be able to answer questions. In Slurpee the Governors office was contacted for assistance in getting regulations and board related questions answered. It is now 2008 and even the Governors attempts have failed.

In simple terms it appears the California Structural Pest Control Board answers to no one accept the California Attorney General. The California S.P.C.B. has clearly outlived it's need and usefulness. It is time for the State to disband the Board and use the licensee's fees submitted to support a useful agency, like the State Dept. of Agriculture.
